Development – Settees and easy chair: armrest and backrest in 3-layer particleboard and MDF.‎ Seat: precisely bound steel and bars of multi-ply.‎ Footstool: seat in 3-lawer particleboard and boards of multi-ply.‎ Panels clad in polyether froth and high strength polyurethane Bultex foam.‎ The whole construction is clad in 200 g/m2 polyester quilting.‎ Round legs Ø 20 mm in matt dark lacquered steel.‎ Choice of 2 statures: H 10 cm or H 13 cm.‎ Comfort – Suspension of seat through versatile webbing.‎ Seat pad in high flexibility polyurethane Bultex froth 36 kg/m3 – 2.‎8 kPa, 42 kg/m3 – 4.‎8 kPa and 200 g/m2 polyester quilting.‎ Structure of seat clad in 200 g/m2 polyester quilting.‎ Backrest in high strength Bultex froth 36 kg/m3 – 2/8 kPa, 26 kg/m3 – 1/4 kPa and 200 g/m2 polyester quilting.‎ Armrests in high strength Bultex froth 26 kg/m3 – 1.‎4 kPa and 200 g/m2 polyester quilting.‎ High back pads loaded up with goose feathers and down, of which 15 % quills and froth, with 3 mm thick sheet ABS back support (74 x 51 cm aside from rocker: 60 x 41 cm).‎ Low back pads (may supplant the high back pads on the two settees) loaded up with goose feathers and down, of which 15 % feathers (74 x 40 cm).‎ Set of 2 little disperse pads 40 x 50 cm for the 1-arm settees or topsy-turvy settees, to complete the side of a composition.‎ Making-up – Structure of back/armrest and seat : 5 mm roll stitching.‎ Seat and back pads : 8 mm bourrelet stitch.‎ Covers are removable (NB with the exception of leather).‎ Covering materials – This exemplary seat, which offers both standalone settees and armchairs and corner organizations, is most undeniably covered in cowhide or Alcantara, yet in addition functions admirably in fleeces or velvets.‎ It might be given a bi-material and/or bicolour treatment, with structure + seat in one covering material/shading and the back pads in another.‎
